SO IF I RENT YOUR PHOTO BOOTH WHATS ALL INCLUDED?

Our Photo Booth Rentals Include:
Free delivery, setup, and take down in the Las Vegas area.
(There is a $75 delivery charge for the Las Vegas Strip/Downtown hotel area and a $25 fuel charge for events in Boulder City and the outer city limits.)
A full-time attendant to assist you and your guests. (Does not include Drop-Off Kiosk)
Unlimited prints (everybody in the shot gets a print).
A Dropbox file of all your photos 48 hours after your event.
A tablet for instant sharing to your email and phone.

HOW MANY PICS CAN I EXPECT FOR THE TIME I RENT THE PHOTO BOOTH?

Our booth typically processes about 300–400 photos per hour with a 2-photo layout.
Yeah—that’s a lot of pics! 🎉

Question 3

DOES YOUR PHOTO BOOTH REQUIRE POWER?

Accepted Answer

We require a standard 120-volt, 10-amp household 3-prong plug no farther than 25' away from the booth setup.

If your event is outdoors and there is no power provided, we charge $75 to supply a power inverter  (generator) to run the booth properly.

HOW MUCH ROOM DO YOU NEED TO SET-UP THE PHOTO BOOTH?

For our standard photo booths, we require an 8' × 8' level area with at least an 8' ceiling.

For our green screen booth, we require a 10' × 10' level area with at least an 8' ceiling for attached lighting clearance. A wall is also required to set up the backdrop.

MY EVENT IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR, IS THIS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM?

Our photo booths are portable and set up on-site. The booth arrives on a small push cart and loves elevator rides, but not stairs so much.

Question 6

WHATS NEEDED TO BOOK YOUR PHOTO BOOTH?

Accepted Answer

We require a $200 deposit and a signed online contract to secure your date at the time of booking. The balance of your photo booth rental is due on the day of your event.

You can pay in cash or check made payable to Vegas Photo Booths

We can also send you a PayPal/Zelle invoice for the balance 48 hours before your event, so you can enjoy your event and pay in advance.

Question 7

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

Accepted Answer

Your deposit is refundable if you submit your cancellation via email to info@vegasbooths.com at least 30 days before your event.

If you cancel within 30 days of your event, you will be refunded half of your deposit.

Your deposit is non-refundable and your contract will be void if we cannot contact you in any way to design your prints and finalize all details (up to 2 weeks before your event, as we need time to design prints).
