THERE IS A $50 DELIVERY CHARGE FOR THE LAS VEGAS STRIP/DOWNTOWN HOTEL AREA AND A  $25  FUEL CHARGE FOR EVENTS IN BOULDER CITY AND THE OUTER CITY LIMITS.

HOW MANY PICS CAN I EXPECT FOR THE TIME

I RENT THE PHOTO BOOTH?

OUR BOOTH TYPICALLY PROCESSES ABOUT 300-400 PHOTOS AN HOUR WITH A 2 PHOTO LAYOUT.

DOES YOUR PHOTO BOOTH REQUIRE POWER?

WE REQUIRE A STANDARD 120 VOLT 10AMP HOUSEHOLD 3 PRONG PLUG NO FARTHER THAN 25' AWAY FROM THE BOOTH SET UP.

IF YOUR EVENT IS OUTDOORS AND THERE IS NO POWER PROVIDED WE CHARGE $75 TO OBTAIN A POWER INVERTER TO RUN THE BOOTH PROPERLY AT YOUR EVENT.

HOW MUCH ROOM DO YOU NEED TO SET-UP THE PHOTO BOOTH?

 FOR OUR PHOTO BOOTHS WE REQUIRE AN 8' X 8' LEVEL AREA WITH AT LEAST AN 8' CEILING.

FOR OUR GREEN SCREEN BOOTH WE REQUIRE A 10' X 10' LEVEL AREA WITH AT LEAST A 8' CEILING FOR ATTACHED LIGHTING CLEARANCE. WE REQUIRE A WALL TO SET OUR BACKDROP AGAINST AS WELL.

MY EVENT IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR,IS THIS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM?

OUR PHOTO BOOTHS ARE PORTABLE AND PUT TOGETHER ON-SITE.OUR BOOTH COMES IN ON A SMALL PUSH CART AND LOVES ELEVATOR RIDES,BUT NOT STAIRS SO MUCH.

WHATS NEEDED TO BOOK YOUR PHOTO BOOTH?

WE REQUIRE A $200 DEPOSIT AND A SIGNED ONLINE CONTRACT TO SECURE YOUR DATE AT TIME OF BOOKING.THE BALANCE OF YOUR PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL IS DUE THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT.

YOU CAN PAY IN CASH OR CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO VEGASBOOTHS.COM. 

WE CAN ALSO SEND YOU A PAYPAL INVOICE FOR THE BALANCE 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR EVENT SO YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR EVENT AND PAY IT IN ADVANCE.

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

YOUR DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR CANCELLATION IN EMAIL FORM TO ROBERT@VEGASBOOTHS.COM AT LEAST 31 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT.

 

IF YOU CANCEL OUR SERVICES INSIDE THE 30 DAYS YOU WILL BE REFUNDED HALF YOUR DEPOSIT.

 

YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE AND YOUR CONTRACT WILL BE VOID IF WE CANNOT CONTACT YOU IN ANY WAY TO DESIGN YOUR PRINTS AND FINALIZE ALL DETAILS
